In the next several sections we will cover the frequently asked questions. We know that some topics around shipping, imprinting, and engraving might cause some confusion, so hopefully this will clear it up.

SHIPPING

As a company we offer a guarantee to refund any shipping overcharges that might come up with your order. We also don’t add any handling fees to the shipping cost, so that you can receive your order for as cheaply as possible.

USA

In general, when we ship to the continental United States, we use UPS ground. When we ship to Alaska or Hawaii we use USPS. However, there can be exceptions depending on the size of the products you order. For example, we might opt to use USPS if the order is smaller and will fit inside the USPS (small or medium) flat rate boxes.

An important topic that we would like you to be aware of is dimensional weight. UPS and FedEx don’t like light and bulky packages and will charge us, and indirectly you, a premium for its delivery. The basic rule of thumb is: if the package is large and light they charge by the dimensions of the package, if the package is small and heavy they will charge by the weight.

We offer expedited shipping through UPS if you need your order ASAP. Please contact us for quotes on faster shipping options either by phone or through email.

CANADA

The main complaint from our Canadian customers is that UPS and FedEx drivers try to collect additional fees before they hand out the package(s) to our customers. We talked to our FedEX representatives and came up with a solution where our Canadian Customers pre pay all charges up-front when they checkout using our shopping cart. Keep in mind we are official importers for Canada, so we are able to collect GST/HST from you.

REST OF THE WORLD

We are using our USPS main post service to ship packages worldwide, simply because that is the cheapest way for us to ship your order to you. Please, be aware that you will only be charged for the shipping cost. Also be sure to note that we are not responsible for any additional custom and duty fees that your country might apply to your order.

IMPRINT vs. ENGRAVING

We created two nice slides where the imprinting and engraving are explained in details. The main difference between two methods are:

1.      There is a one-time setup fee for imprint, while engraving has no set up fee. Stamping die plates are stored in our facilities. If a stamping die has not been used for 2+ years we will discard them.

2.      The engraving cannot be done in a color, while the imprint process allows you to pick a single solid color for your logo.
